Al Hada Center is located West of old Jeddah Airport, adjacent to an important artery known as Sitten Street, in Sharafieh quarter of Jeddah. The immediate surroundings of Al Hada Center are mainly vallas and low rise houses, which accentuate the relatively important height and volume of Al Hada. Al Hada Center is composed of a residential and commercial block composed of: 1. Basement parking area and utility spaces 2. Ground floor public spaces with covered driveway for cars, main entrance lobbies, temporary parking spaces and planted areas 3. Six typical floors composed of 4 3-bedroom apartments and 6 office units of different sizes on each floor with a total construction area of 1940 square meters per floor 4.
