GARDEN TOWER CENTER

During the last five years, with the improvements to the northern coastal highway, the area between Zalka and Dbayeh has become a vibrant commercial and leisure zone, with several large malls and shopping areas, at 10 minutes from Beirut Central District . With its seafront location and having Rabieh upscale residential zone, it is currently one of the most rapidly growing leisure, retail and residential environments in the Greater Beirut area.

GARDEN TOWER CENTER  is located on Antelias Main road, at 100 meters off the highway, enjoying the sea and mountain views. It is composed of two separate blocks of office building and a hotel.

The office building is composed of a basement storage areas, ground floor shops, and 11 floors of office units varying from 110m2 to 450m2.

The white volume with extensive balconies and planters were inspired by the famous orange orchards of Antelias.

Bouygues and Commercial Section of the French Embassy, for several years, occupied extensive spaces, during the early years of post-war reconstruction period of Lebanon.
