1973 Hamra Street, Beirut Design & Construction Management Commercial Center Total built-up area=9000 M2
Broadway Center was designed during the apogee of the Hamra Street, when it was considered as one of the most expensive business and shopping area in the world.
Built on a small corner plot, its volume was accentuated through the proportion of the curtain wall and high quality building materials, creating an attractive focal point.
The open L-shaped masses provided maximum perimeter for offices overlooking the busy street below, while shopping windows, sidewalk café and cinema entrances were right on sidewalk and their commercial value was maximized.
